The challenge

Operated and non-operated joint ventures were a distinct context for improvement deployment. The assignment addressed a methodology applicable across those organisations within the wider finance continuous-improvement role. It focused on how improvement would be deployed, alongside separate strategic initiatives such as Process Analytics.

The contribution

Jeroen developed and implemented the CI deployment methodology for operated and non-operated joint ventures. The work formed part of his Process Area Improvement Lead responsibility in Finance Operations, alongside team leadership and strategic process initiatives.

The documented result

The work established a joint-venture improvement deployment approach. Participating ventures and separate results by organisation were not publicly enumerated. This methodology workstream is distinct from the later, specifically documented the energy manufacturing joint venture refinery deployment.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
