The challenge

Global financial services needed process management and improvement capability across a 12,000-FTE scope and five service centres. Deployment required resources, materials and tracking tools as well as project and training activity. The assignment addressed the foundations needed to bring continuous improvement into a large international finance operation.

The contribution

Jeroen designed and deployed process management and continuous improvement across the global financial services organisation. He took responsibility for deployment resources, materials and tracking tools, and launched project and training activity in the five service centres. The work established the deployment structure alongside practical activity in the operating locations.

The documented result

The work established a global process-management and improvement deployment spanning five service centres. The 12,000-FTE figure describes organisational scope. It does not imply that every employee received training or that every process achieved an identical measured improvement.
