The challenge

Early Access depended on coordination across product, release, legal, entitlement and support teams. Different working practices complicated ownership and repeatable execution. The assignment addressed the complete process, from defining its trigger and scope to making actions, completion standards and future changes easier to govern across functional boundaries.

The contribution

Jeroen mapped the end-to-end process and created a connected suite of process maps, RACI, standard work, measures and change-control materials. The work used SIPOC and process mapping to define inputs and customer acceptance criteria. It specified responsible roles, completion standards and routes for exceptions, then connected document ownership and review arrangements with the operating process.

The documented result

The work established a coherent process-management toolkit for agreeing ownership, publishing standard work and governing future changes. It brought diagnosis and target-state design together in one connected set of materials. A quantified operational improvement was not separately reported for this engagement.
