The challenge

The US engagement focused on establishing operational excellence, Lean Sigma and process management at the investment bank. The deployment needed consulting delivery, team leadership and stakeholder engagement. Its scope joined structured improvement methods with process management rather than treating them as separate organisational initiatives.

The contribution

Jeroen led the deployment team responsible for bringing the operational-excellence and Lean Sigma model into the organisation. He included process management within the scope and combined consulting delivery with stakeholder engagement and change support in the US engagement.

The documented result

The work delivered deployment leadership across operational excellence and process management in the United States. A quantified financial or service improvement was not publicly reported. The case demonstrates leadership of the deployment team and the documented methods brought into the engagement.
