TEAMS AND PERFORMANCE · SUPPLY RUNNER

Logistics
Working as one.

Shipment orders move through order entry, warehouse, pick-and-pack, shipping, customs and last-mile delivery. Four distribution centres act as customers. Weight, destination zones, paperwork and delivery handoffs give the shared engine a logistics-specific setting.

The shared challenge

Participants run Trident Logistics, a fictional learning organisation. Shipment Order requests move through roles with different priorities and responsibilities. Teams experience the flow, agree improvements and compare performance through three facilitated rounds.

The decisions you make together

What the experience develops

Recognise queueing, transport and handoff waste across logistics.

Connect warehouse, shipping and last-mile decisions with the whole flow.

Evaluate redesign using throughput, quality, cycle time and work-in-progress.

From the simulation to your business

The debrief connects what happened in the rounds to your organisation: shared performance measures, handoffs, leadership choices and personal contribution. Participants identify realistic actions and a practical improvement experiment to take back into work.

SUPPLY RUNNER is a facilitated role-play with digital scoring dashboards. The company and scenario are fictional learning environments.
