The challenge

The Malaysian deployment needed operating routines connecting strategic priorities with repeated management action. Cadence and Cadence Labs formed Business Excellence workstreams alongside digitalisation and process management. Their focus was the management rhythm within the wider transformation, complementing project delivery and the development of local improvement capability.

The contribution

Jeroen deployed and developed Cadence and Cadence Labs in the Malaysian exploration and production organisation. The work supported the Business Excellence approach and sat alongside the deployment of process management and digitalisation. It connected leadership routines with the broader improvement programme rather than treating management meetings as a separate administrative activity.

The documented result

The work established Cadence and Cadence Labs within the Malaysian deployment. The wider programme’s performance and Gold recognition are described in its main case. This workstream is not assigned a separate financial result or an additional unsupported adoption total.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
