The challenge

Strategic priorities needed to become near-term commitments, clear accountability and timely decisions in a complex project environment. Teams and leaders needed a practical management rhythm linking objectives with improvement initiatives. The assignment focused on making ownership, progress and obstacles visible through structured discussions rather than leaving strategy at the level of annual targets.

The contribution

Jeroen designed and deployed Fit4 and Cadence using Hoshin Kanri and policy deployment. He connected strategic objectives with defined improvement outcomes and accountable owners. Short, regular discussions reviewed commitments, next steps and barriers, while performance reviews created a route for escalating obstacles, acting on leading indicators and refreshing priorities.

The documented result

The approach reached 25+ early adopters across the UK, Malaysia, Nigeria and India. It established a management rhythm connecting initiative ownership, performance visibility and leadership dialogue. The documented scope is early adoption across four countries, with strategy and delivery joined through a repeatable operating approach.
