The challenge
Technical project verification was explored as a use case for Generative AI within the Projects & Technology improvement assignment. The proof of concept considered digital support for an existing technical process. It sat alongside continuous-improvement strategy, project-leadership capability and Agile working, giving the exploration a defined process context.
