The challenge

Project teams needed a practical way to make competing work visible, focus on completion and address blockers across team boundaries. The work focused on flow and ownership within the wider Projects & Technology improvement programme. A shared view of work was intended to support better conversations about priorities, capacity and completion.

The contribution

Jeroen built project leadership capability in process performance and Agile ways of working. He connected visual work management with explicit task ownership, clear stages, priorities and due dates. The approach included work-in-progress discipline and regular reviews, supported by a practical guide to Kanban in Microsoft Teams. Completion patterns and recurring blockers informed discussion of working practices.

The documented result

The work established a practical visual-management approach connecting shared boards, ownership and review routines. It created a consistent structure for discussing work and blockers across project teams. A separate quantified throughput or cycle-time improvement was not reported.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
