The challenge

E-commerce was a separate Six Sigma project area within the the consumer manufacturing business improvement assignment. The work complemented the customer-service automation portfolio while retaining its own digital transaction and process-improvement scope. Detailed commercial propositions and customer-transaction information remain outside this public account.

The contribution

Jeroen led Six Sigma projects for e-commerce during his Black Belt role. This contribution applied structured improvement leadership within the e-commerce project area, distinct from multimedia routing, IVR implementation and email-invoicing automation.

The documented result

The work delivered Six Sigma project leadership within the e-commerce scope. A public conversion, revenue, defect or cost result was not separately reported, so the case does not assign unverified commercial outcomes to the contribution.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
