The challenge
UK Wells needed to progress improvement through virtual collaboration when in-person working was constrained. The assignment connected workshop facilitation with operational priorities and the delivery of a substantial Wells improvement programme. It required practical engagement with teams while maintaining the focus on business value and improvement delivery.
The contribution
Jeroen facilitated virtual workshops supporting UK Wells improvement. This work formed part of his UK CI deployment role, which also developed local CI leads and supported Digital Agile work in Maintenance and Operations. The contribution brought interactive facilitation into operational improvement during a period of remote-working constraints.
The documented result
The workshops supported sustainable value delivery for UK Wells. This case focuses on the facilitation and delivery contribution within the broader programme. A separate financial result is not assigned here to each workshop or individual Wells workstream.
