An ascending architectural spiral representing learning and leadership capability

The challenge

Operating-model and process changes required leadership capability alongside practical delivery. The programme covered several business functions, making continuous-improvement understanding relevant beyond a central specialist team. The leadership curriculum formed the capability dimension of an assignment that also addressed standards, performance reviews and end-to-end process design.

The contribution

Jeroen developed a CI leadership curriculum within the client programme. It complemented his work on global standards, executive performance reviews and cross-functional process redesign. The contribution focused on creating leadership-development material within an actual improvement assignment, connecting capability development with the wider operating and management changes being designed.

The documented result

The work established a CI leadership curriculum as a client-programme deliverable. It was part of organisational capability development, rather than a standalone product offering. Participation numbers, learning scores and measured adoption outcomes were not separately reported.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
