The challenge

Project leadership teams needed continuous-improvement, process-performance and Agile capability within their delivery responsibilities. The work formed part of the Projects & Technology PMO improvement assignment. Its focus was to bring these methods into project leadership practice, alongside strategy deployment and support for conventional oil and gas project improvement.

The contribution

Jeroen developed project leadership capability in CI, process performance and Agile ways of working. He supported training and development within the client programme, connecting leadership teams with the improvement methods relevant to their projects. This capability contribution accompanied the wider Fit4 and Cadence work, project support and digital exploration within the assignment.

The documented result

The work delivered project-leadership capability support across the stated subject areas. It was a development workstream within an active client assignment. Attendance, certification totals and performance gains attributable specifically to the training were not separately reported.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
