The challenge

Benelux service businesses needed project delivery support across HVAC, Fire, Security and Building Management Systems. Four Agile projects addressed service-offering standardisation and the identification of new offerings. The work brought delivery support into several service domains alongside the wider international process-improvement assignment.

The contribution

Jeroen served as Scrum Master for the four Benelux projects. He supported Agile delivery across the service domains and also provided Scrum support to the strategic initiatives team. The contribution joined project facilitation with the service businesses’ standardisation and development work.

The documented result

The work provided Scrum Master support across four service-business projects. Throughput, launch and revenue metrics were not separately reported. The case therefore reflects the documented delivery role without claiming identical results across every project.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
