The challenge

Process owners needed capability to manage performance, close gaps and turn opportunities into improvement plans. This workstream supported the company transformation by focusing on the people accountable for processes. It connected individual process responsibilities with the identification of wider cross-functional improvement opportunities.

The contribution

Jeroen mentored process owners and process leads in performance management, gap closure, waste removal and improvement action planning. He also recorded process-review activity to identify further improvement opportunities and cross-functional efficiencies. The coaching contribution helped define the ownership and review dimension of the transformation programme.

The documented result

The work delivered process-owner coaching and process-review activity within the transformation. A separate numerical performance gain or attendance total was not publicly reported. This workstream is distinguished by its focus on process ownership, capability and improvement planning.

This is a distinct workstream within a wider engagement. Artwork is conceptual and does not depict the client’s facilities or project. Based on Jeroen van Koesveld’s professional case documentation. This account presents the industry context and documented contribution.
