The same story, in every industry, in every country we worked in. A team works hard. A consultant flies in. Workshops are held. Frameworks are presented. Binders are printed.
Then the consultant leaves. And three months later, nothing has changed.
Not because the people didn't care. They did. Not because the frameworks were wrong. They weren't. But because nobody built the system that makes improvement stick.
That pattern — smart people, good intentions, zero sustainability — is why Stormholt exists.

We're not a consulting firm. We don't sell advisory days or keynote speeches.
