The 30-Day Starter Guide.

A thirty-day operating guide for leaders who have to make improvement stick. Walk one real problem from current state to installed cadence — using the same five-phase method Stormholt uses with paying clients.

What you get

  • 5 guided modules with daily prompts.
  • 18 operator-grade templates from the Stormholt method.
  • One real problem walked through the 5D Method from current state to installed cadence.
  • Zero cost. No email gate (you can also download it directly from the product page).

What thirty days actually looks like

Days 1-5 · Define

Pick one real problem. Name the operating gap in one sentence. Tag the executive sponsor. If the sponsor is not named by Day 5, the programme stalls at month three — that is the rule.

Days 6-12 · Diagnose

Map the current state as it actually runs (not as the SOP says). Write three candidate root causes. Pareto them against the data you can pull in twenty minutes.

Days 13-19 · Design

Design the countermeasure. Name the owner. Set the trigger that says it worked. Set the trigger that says it failed.

Days 20-26 · Deploy

Install the daily huddle. Install the weekly review. Run one reaction plan when the trigger fires. Note what broke — that is the input for the next loop.

Days 27-30 · Develop

Document what held. Document what did not. Decide whether to scale or to re-diagnose. Hand the cadence to the line operator who will run it for the next ninety days.

Who this is for

  • Operations leaders running a continuous-improvement programme that has stalled or never started.
  • L&D heads testing whether the Stormholt method fits before commissioning a paid engagement.
  • Internal CI managers who want a defensible operating method without inventing one themselves.
  • Founders building the first cadence inside a 20-200 person operation.

If you are a consultant evaluating Stormholt for licensing or partnership, see the Practitioner programme.
