REFUND & RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT FOR EU CUSTOMERS:

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receipt
(EU Consumer Rights Directive).

HOWEVER: For digital products (courses, templates, ebooks), once you access
the course materials, the right of withdrawal expires.

DETAILED POLICY:

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Courses, Templates, Books)
- You have 14 days to request a refund after purchase
- If you request a refund BEFORE accessing course content, we refund immediately
- If you've accessed the course materials, the purchase is final
  (This complies with EU law for digital content)

2. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

- Include your order number
- Explain your reason for withdrawal
- We'll respond within 3 business days

3. REFUND TIMELINE
- Once approved, refund processing takes 3-5 business days
- Your bank may take 1-3 additional days to show the credit

4. WHAT'S NOT REFUNDABLE
- Access fees are non-refundable once content is accessed
- Downloadable materials cannot be refunded

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES
- If you experience technical problems accessing your course,
  contact us before requesting a refund
- We'll work with you to resolve issues
