These terms govern your use of Stormholt and purchase of our products.

1. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
- We sell digital courses, templates, and books
- All products are digital (no physical shipping)
- Products are delivered immediately after purchase

2. PAYMENT & PRICING
- Prices are in EUR and include VAT (where applicable)
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify
- We accept iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal

3. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
(See Refund Policy page for details)

4. COURSE ACCESS
- Upon purchase, you'll receive email with course access instructions
- Access is for your personal use only
- You cannot share access or resell course materials
- Stormholt retains all intellectual property rights

5. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
- You cannot record, copy, or reproduce course materials
- You cannot create derivatives or share publicly
- Violation may result in access termination

6. LIABILITY LIMITATION
- Stormholt is provided "as is"
- We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
- Our total liability is limited to what you paid

7. MODIFICATION
We may update these terms. Updated terms apply immediately upon posting.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
