Who this is for

Independent CI consultants

You run a boutique CI consulting practice. You teach Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence to clients. You want a structured, defensible operating method to license — without inventing one yourself, and without aligning to the cert-mill industrial complex.

In-house operators training inside their organisation

You are a CI manager, OpEx director, or transformation lead inside a 500+ person organisation. You want to teach the Stormholt method to your colleagues without flying in an external trainer every time.

Operations-focused executive coaches

You coach senior operators on operating discipline. The Stormholt practitioner certification gives you a structured method to anchor coaching engagements around, with deliverables that are easy to defend to your client's board.

What you get as a Stormholt Practitioner

  • The Stormholt facilitator deck for every method module (5 Shifts, 5D, Cadence, 9 Ways of Working, Moral Compass).
  • The Stormholt Runner simulation kit, train-the-trainer guide, and licence to facilitate inside client engagements.
  • The Stormholt practitioner playbook — the unscripted-but-defensible method for handling the hard cases.
  • Quarterly practitioner roundtables (online) with the founder + cohort.
  • Annual licence renewal that includes new modules + updated decks as the method evolves.

What this programme is NOT

  • Not a cert-mill credential. Stormholt does not sell a colour belt. There is no four-day classroom with a multiple-choice exam at the end.
  • Not a network for LinkedIn badges. The practitioner network is private. There is no member directory, no public certificate URL, no Stormholt-branded LinkedIn frame.
  • Not a sales channel for Stormholt. Practitioners do not refer leads to Stormholt; Stormholt does not refer leads to practitioners. The relationship is licence-only.
  • Not for every CI consultant. The application filter is real. About one in three applications is accepted.

The application filter

Applications must include:

  • Two real engagements you have led end to end, with outcomes named and measurable.
  • One operating method you have shipped (your own, or a school of thought you anchor to).
  • One reference from a client willing to talk for fifteen minutes.

If the application is the right shape, the response includes a sixty-minute call with Jeroen and a fit decision within ten working days. If it is not the right shape, the response says so directly within five working days.

Programme mechanics

Programme opens When 100 operators have signalled interest. Pilot tentative Q1 2027.
Cohort size Maximum 20 practitioners per training.
Format Self-paced + cohort-based hybrid.
Fee Founding cohort: €4,997. Renewal thereafter: €997 per year.
