Diagnostic, transformation, or standing-advisor retainer.
Stormholt works selectively with leaders on confidential advisory engagements where the stakes are real and the work is direct. Three engagement shapes: Diagnostic (a six-week assessment with a written report and recommendations), Transformation (a three-to-twelve-month engagement to install a CI operating cadence), Standing Advisor (a one-year retainer for senior CI / OpEx leadership). Decline if it is the wrong shape; we say so directly.
Best fit for
- CEO / COO with a specific operating crisis. Not "we want to do CI" — "the operation is missing its number for the third quarter and we do not know why."
- Investor or Operating Partner. You are about to take a position in a portfolio company and need an independent operating diagnostic before the close.
- Board / SteerCo needing a credible voice in the room. A standing advisor who has been inside Shell, Credit Suisse, Royal Mail, KCA Deutag.
