Investment
€4,997 + travel for one day, on site, up to 24 participants.
Travel at cost (typically €200-800 within EU; €1,500-3,000 long-haul). Quoted separately once venue is confirmed.
Payment terms: 50% on signing the proposal, 50% on workshop day. Bank transfer or Stripe invoice.
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days ahead. 50% refund if cancelled 7-14 days ahead. No refund inside 7 days (kit has shipped, calendar is committed).

Frequently asked
Can it run virtually?
No. The simulation requires physical paper, an open floor, and shared room presence. Virtual variants break the teaching mechanic.
Can we run it for 50 people?
Two cohorts of 24 on consecutive days (€7,997/day combined) or recommend Train-the-Trainer so your internal facilitator runs additional cohorts.
Can we customise extensively?
Light customisation (company name overlay, context language) is included. Heavy customisation (new industry version, branded materials) is a separate engagement.
What is the lead time?
Typically 8-16 weeks from booking. Capacity: 10-15 facilitated workshops per year.
