Common questions
What industries do you work with?
All of them. The 5D method and CI principles are industry-agnostic. We have worked with manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, technology, logistics, and professional services organisations. The tools adapt to your context.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Assessment and implementation work is most effective on-site (Gemba matters), but coaching, training, and many facilitation sessions work well remotely. We will recommend the right mix during scoping.
What is the minimum engagement?
A 1-day assessment. That is the smallest engagement and also where we recommend everyone starts. You get a full diagnostic, prioritised recommendations, and an honest assessment of where consulting can add value.
Do you provide training materials?
Yes. All participants in consulting engagements receive Stormholt training materials and templates as part of the hourly rate. This includes the CI Mastery Toolkit templates, facilitation guides, and any custom materials developed during the engagement.
How do I get started?
Book a Discovery Session ($250 USD, up to 60 minutes). One of our consultants will listen to your challenges, ask the right questions, and give you an honest recommendation. If consulting is the right fit, we scope an assessment together. If self-guided learning makes more sense, we will point you there instead.
